Risk Assessment for TILTING HITCH

Always inspect TILTING QUICK HITCH at the start of each shift.

Never use attachment if found in unsafe working order.

Never swing Excavator sideways and drop bucket to ground. As this action will caise damage to the TILT and excavator.

Never drop TILT from a height to break hard ground ( cement-stone etc)

When digging never Tilt the TILT to lift heavy weight.

Be wise to the lifting capacity of the excavator.

Never use over size buckets with the TILT as this will destabilise the excavator.

The tilting quick hitch will add extra length to the dipper arm on all models so the utmost care is to be taken by the operator to avoid damage to the excavators cab, tracks and Boom arm.

It's recommended to use a shorter dipper arm to maintain a balanced machine,

Rock Breaker.

This attachment is designed to work with rock brekaer and vibrating plate.

Always place breaker or vibrator on ground before operating.

Failure to do this will cause damage to TILT and machine.

Never operate TILTING QUICK HITCH with out safety pin in place.
